ELTA - EMH Learning Transformation Architecture

ELTA

EMH Learning Transformation Architecture (ELTA) is our business consulting methodology developed by Dr. Ervin M. Howard through EMH Learning & Technology Solutions, LLC. It describes how EMH Learning & Technology Solutions approaches organizational consulting from discovery through implementation and evaluation.

STRATEGIC LEARNING & PERFORMANCE DISCOVERY FRAMEWORK (SLPDF)

The Strategic Learning & Performance Discovery Framework (SLPDF) is the strategic discovery foundation of the EMH Learning Transformation Architecture (ELTA). SLPDF examines the relationship between an organizations' mission, strategic priorities, performance requirements, workforce capabilities, and learning needs to determine what must change, improve, or be developed to achieve organizational outcomes.

ELTA - EMH Learning Transformation Architecture

SLPDF serves as the strategic discovery gateway for Mission Architecture. The Mission Architecture then extends this discovery through three complementary functions, the MDM, MALTF, and the MATL. Together, they transform and reinforces mission meaning throughout the learner experience.

Mission Aligned Extensions from the SLPDF

MDM- DECOMPOSE (Structure the mission), MALTF - ALIGN & TRACE (Connect mission requirements to learning), and MATL - TRANSLATE & REINFORCE (Carry mission meaning through the learner experience).
